From the initial phone call to schedule an estimate to the day the roof was completed, Randy
was there to answer any questions and make sure the job was done right. Security Roofing
guided us through the process as they dealt with our insurance company and we knew step
by step what to expect. Randy was always on time for any appointments we made and was
available by phone any time we had questions. It's been a long time since we have had that
level of customer service and their quality of work, products they use and warranties are the

Overall, I was extremely impressed with Security Roofing and, specifically, Randy Sitz, the
sales representative. Randy told me from the very beginning that he wanted me to feel as
comfortable as possible through this process. Since I was rather nervous about having my
roof torn off in the middle of December, this really helped! He was very professional,
personable, and attentive to all my questions and concerns from the start of the job to the
finish. He also came to my property once or twice a day during the job to check on how
everything was going. I was also very pleased with how quickly the job was completed. It was
a fairly big job and they completed it in just three days. I couldn't be happier with the end
results and I'm very glad I chose Security Roofing!

We had roof deck and shingles replaced. Crew was very efficient. All shrubs were protected
and not one single nail was found on the grass afterwards. I highly recommend the crew.
