Upon completion of our initial inspection, our trained inspector will review the findings with you and assist you in determining whether an insurance claim should be filed if you haven't already done so. Our staff is experienced in dealing with virtually every local insurance company and can walk you through the process. Whereas Roofing will always provide you with a detailed written estimate. We use third party independent estimating software called Xactimate which is also used by many insurance companies. This typically simplifies the process of reaching an agreed upon scope of work and price with the insurance adjuster to return your property to a condition better than prior to the storm. In addition, we will upgrade any 3-Tab shingle to a Limited Lifetime Warranty Dimensional shingle at no cost to you! We also offer an Advertising Discount, consisting of us putting a sign in your yard, which will usually cover your entire deductible! This means you get all of the work done at no cost to you!
